During my internship at Secured Technologies, I undertook a project focused on Customer Relationship Management to enhance the company’s ability to connect with and retain its customers. This project involved understanding the current CRM processes, identifying gaps, and proposing strategies for improvement. It also required me to explore tools and techniques for better customer data management and service delivery.
